STARKEY INDUSTRIES
Jazz Impact facilitated an innovation seminar for Starkey’s executive leadership team.

“I was pulsing the participants in our innovation pilot group looking for feedback of Wednesday’s session.  They were universal in responding that they were all very skeptical at first and were prepared for an experience that might be unique but ineffective. Their analysis ended up being the exact opposite.  Everyone found the “jazz part” of the workshop to be the best and most meaningful in getting a personal understanding of their own ability to foster innovation.  As we’ve been exploring different tools and techniques to be more open to ideas, our President specifically mentioned that he was very impressed in how you were able to tie it all together. Thank you for joining in and helping us in our mission to help the world hear.”

Thank you so much for doing such a fabulous job! We have received nothing but rave reviews about your session and every evaluation form I saw had nothing but high marks. It was the perfect conclusion to our conference.

I’ve participated in many attempts to use the arts, sports, or other forms of entertainment as metaphors for business. But rarely have I seen a session more perfectly ‘on pitch’ than the approach used by Michael Gold and Jazz Impact.

Presenting to such a mixed audience, with people from so many levels of management representing 23 countries, could certainly be a challenge. I can say that on all accounts, Jazz Impact was a hit!
